This is the story of a documentary I made for the Travel Channel called "Best Place To Watch A Volcano." Making it was a dream come true. In it, rare footage and original interviews reveal exciting, first-hand accounts of dangerous encounters with some of the world's most violent volcanoes. Highlights include a couple that paraglide over a volcano in Indonesia, a man who fell into 2000 degree lava (and lived to tell about it) and a cruise ship that sails right past the active flow.
